Notes

I wanted somewhat of a workout, and didn't feel like sliding on snow/ice outside, so I went indoors lazily. About 10 minutes of warm-up before I started ratcheting up the speed from 7min down to 6min pace and below for the next 3.5 miles. I messed with the incline as well but mostly just focused on staying under control. Solid, but contained, workout.
