Maybe should have waited to attempt a double - not that I was that tired on this run (and the weather was great, long sleeves!), but my groin and hip flexors are throwing up warning signs. I think that's more due to some of the supplemental strengthening I've been doing but I should at least focus on recovery outside of runs.
