Ran with Katie on some sidewalks on a colder and windy day. Good to catch up, hopefully I wasn't running too fast. I was feeling alright but disheartened when we got back in less then 40min, so I added some on with Katie then went off on my own. The trails and prairie were wet but livened me up and added on 2 fun miles. Legs still more stiff than I'd like.
