Reverse of yesterday, a little easier but with a few sprints in the middle. Then a mile of sandals at the end, not sure how that felt. 60 at 10:30, 70's by noon... sweatner is coming.
I think I've forgotten what my knee felt like a few weeks ago, so it's hard to tell if anything's improved.
I'm doing some more Running Log revamping. I am currently approaching 5000 total runs.
