An early after-work run to fit in MORE GAMING! Sadly we would lose 2 straight LOTR scenarios. Felt fine on this run and happy to get an hour. The soft-surface trail ended up being much worse than the bike path as snow and ice persist. We got off of it for a few miles. Not feeling up for strides yet but groin and sorenesses are feeling better.
