Notes

1st Strength Training entry?! Planned day off running since I knew it would be cold and I don't want to jump back into it too fast (may be happening anyway). Biked 2 miles (1st indoor bike I've ridden with screen and moveable handlebars), then an easier circut of upper body with some lunges. Also did an Ab Coaster for the 1st time, not bad.

Not sure if I'll keep this log updated on my strength training, but I was bored and wanted to log something.
