Notes

A solid week of solid runs, but I figured a workout would be a good idea. I would have preferred doing it yesterday but had plans.

The goal today was getting some mile pace but not overdoing it. I figured a quarter mile or more but just played it by ear on the first one. I felt good for the quarter mile so just kept going, ended up being about 600m repeats. 3 of them, pretty much all at 1:47 or mid 4:30's pace. Recovery was > 3min to feel good and also to return to the start (keeping the wind at my back).

All 3 felt about the same, I felt strong and they were over quickly but glad that I wasn't going a full mile. My hamstrings felt tired after the first one so could use a few easy days. Finished with 4 sprints, 2 on hills.
