Heavy legs and heavy air today. The heavy legs make sense. The heavy air was unexpected as it wasn't the hottest day or most humid, maybe just no air movement? I made it to southern Fairfax and explored a dead end road, that was enough for today. Hoping the legs feel better tomorrow.
