Morning solo run. Finally got my "workout" in. The quotations are there as it was basically glorified strides: 8 x 20sec @ mile pace, recovery didn't matter but I kept to about 90 sec. A few miles warm-up. Then into flats for the hell of it. 4 strides. Then barefoot. 4 more strides. More barefoot. 4 miles barefoot or so.
