Part laziness and part sensibility (to heal) led to 2 days off for my last day in Estes and the travel day. Got back to Des Moines and even got the Hero to join me for trails.
I arrived early and put in 3 miles at a solid effort. Then Hero joined me for 5-6 more miles that went by quickly.
Then Logan and Hazard biked by. So Des Moines.
