I probably should have waited to do another workout, but I feel I'm running out of time. This one was a very varied fartlek. I started off pounding a long downhill (~simulate Dam to Dam) followed by an uphill or 2. Next I was on a beach for at least 10min, getting a lot of shorter bursts that tired me quickly. I finished with a 5min tempo on the bike path and then a few uphill sprints.
This was one of the more interesting fartleks I've done and I enjoyed it. A lot of my recovery pieces weren't really easy either as they were either uphill or in sand.
