With Helix and Drew. Helix hadn't run much in the past week so I was surprised when we didn't turn around until 5 miles. I wasn't feeling too tired or sore from the race but my stomach turned as the run progressed and I stopped at 10. Pretty disappointing. Felt dizzy that night.
