Notes
The last 4 days have been pretty rough relative to what I've been doing. Tempo run, snow football and snow-filled mink farm, basketball, and trail long run. Though I think Rock Creek (West of Grinnell) trail was officially closed, it was quite nice. It was closed for wetness so I think that was a while ago. Today the ground was hard with a thin layer of snow. Lot's of ups and downs and I took it slowly and was tired by the end. Sucked to have mile markers every 1/2 mile for the first half of the run. Glad I did it, glad to be done with it.
