After running this hill on Thursday, I thought it would be a good one to do some repeats on. I typically do repeats (not that I've done many recently) on short 60sec to 90sec hills or that longer mile long non-continuous hill outside of town, so it was nice to do a ~3min hill.

A nice cool morning, almost left the gloves and then considered ditching the hoodie 3 miles in, but good thing I didn't as the wind would pick up and it even rained the last mile.

My warmup was a bit longer, 5 miles. But I felt good, especially knowing that it would be a good day of mileage. Unfortunately, after I stopped and did some form drills, my hamstrings didn't feel great on the hill. Maybe it was a bad idea to stretch in the colder weather, or maybe my legs were just still tired and I hadn't really worked em since Sunday.

Anyway, just did 3 repeats, 3:06, 2:52, 2:48. I thought the 3rd would be faster but also probably could have done a 4th one faster. Glad to feel good on the cool down, even did a few of the miles on grass (got to get ready for some off road races). The grass is so good right now.
