Startled off feeling good, glad to get out the door on a sunny day and get a normal run it. It's been about awhile since I haven't done a run mostly concerned with racing soon. I headed into the wind and kept a modest pace. About halfway I started to feel pretty crooked and uneven. When I got the wind at my back, my form fell apart further as if my body had enough of fast paces. I'm a bit surprised, I didn't think that mile would take that much out of me. Probably, it was more like I was handling my 10k recovery alright, but the mile was the final straw that had me overdo it.
