Notes
Ran with Helix on an objectively lovely day. I arrived 15 minutes early so I could add on and get to a bathroom before starting. Then I met up with Helix and did a short "warm-up" for Helix before a couple hills. I figured Helix would do 6 again but he was apparently on a mission, he took me on a new route through Hiawatha and was determined to show me 2 parks. When it was all said and done, I had 9 and Helix close to 8.
The final half of the run wasn't super enjoyable for me though. My low back was hurting and that caused me stomach and hips to complain. 6 strides.
