Notes

Doing the "time on your feet" training today as it started with a trip to the farmer's market before running. I wasn't concerned about the weather as it was already 70 and humid at 7, so 75 and humid by 10 didn't seem so bad. It did manage to stay overcast for most of my run at least.

I carried a water bottle the whole time and it didn't seem a nuisance. I tried to make it a habit to drink every mile and by the end I was thrilled for every drop. I knew my legs were tired before this so I kept it easy for the most part. I picked up the pace for the 5th, 8th, 11th, and 14th miles.

This was a sweaty mess in the end. I'm happy I made it to 2hours and got 60 miles for the week but I felt drained for a while after this (and during for that matter).
