Trails with Drew. I convinced him to do a workout, but I didn't have any great ideas besides some 10min tempo segments. I led the first and felt alright. I led the second and was getting pretty tired. I wasn't planning a 3rd but Drew seemed up for it so I chased him around. Certainly hard at times but probably better for me than setting my own comfortable pace.
