Notes
24 hours later and the weather is now glorious (humid still, if I felt like complaining). I did a lap across the bridge and nearly got my eye taken out by a lawnmower shooting a wood chip at me. I went barefoot before 4 miles and surprised myself by doing the rest barefoot. The first mile was rough and I was wondering if I should stop, but I made it another mile and the last 2 were basically just jogging between doing strides.
The parking lot is being closed for construction starting tomorrow, not sure what that means for my barefooting route.
