Thought the rain might ruin the run since I didn't bring a hat or gloves and only had shorts. But instead of raining harder, it let up after 20 minutes, so the trail never got too wet and I never got too cold. Wasn't really feeling like doing a long run this week, though I still want to increase mileage. Workout was a light fartlek, though it was basically tempo pieces with a few short, quick hills and plyos in the middle; finished with 5 x 90sec tempo. Ready to do a longer tempo later this week. Also went a little further than initially thought, due to exploring some bike paths.
