Notes
Messed up here as the plan was 12miles starting from the apartment, instead I drove to the trails after work without thinking about needing to run more at the trails (silly brain). Still, I managed to get 11 miles without running any section of the trail more than twice (most of the trails are still too damaged to run on).
I hit more hills today, and maybe the similar motions to last Saturday's long run reminded my legs they should be tired. But mostly I felt good other than some pain in my foot, probably due to lots of steep downhill recently and maybe old shoes.
NOTE: This also ended my relatively long streak of running every other day.
