I felt good after the weekend of running, then my left foot started hurting yesterday. I still ran today and didn't notice it running. I also did my first bit of trails and enjoyed that. My heart rate was high and about the same as this past weekend despite running much slower. Speaking of heart rate, I decided to order an arm strap sensor. It's supposed to be much more accurate than the wristwatch.
