ran with Caryn and Nikki Cassel..ran 2 mile warm up, then 4 yasso's at 321, 319, 318, and 313, with around 208 jog lap in between. rested, then ran ran four 200 meters sprints at 44, 43, 39, and 36, with 200 jog in between...1 mile cool down....great speed workout. good to have others relate and do workout with me.
