1 easy followed by 1 interval, as follows.......8:37, 7:37, 8:28, 7:09, 8:19, 6:56, 8:19, 6:24.......nice comfortable day to run. felt good to push hard. they paved the road starting at the circle and paved it all the way back to the gate. it made it a lot easier to run on...flat with no potholes.
