house to mtn rd, to hick's...then ran up and down hick's rd hill 3 times to cypress, then back onto miller rd. and back home..last mile at 7:14. past Caryn on last mile and knew she'd be circling around so walked on access rd. to riverview rd. and ran rest of the way home with her....good hilly/speed workout.
