Notes

2 mile warm up, then ran the steep hill in the wooded area behind the park 6 times...tough workout. I was somewhat tired from the mornings 31 miles at wildwood and by the 4 hill, I was exhausted.....then ran a mile cool down and I could tell my legs were about ready to cramp.....overall, great workout day.
