rainy and raw outside.....parked at Detweiler lot, then ran down and looped around Speece Lane, then back up and ran all over Detweiler, including the Mtn climb. i hadn't run in 3 days, so naturally, hip flexors and glute a bit sore and felt sluggish. took my time the whole way(129 avg, HR)
