ran with Gary Bowman and Cassie Lizza. started at the Hotel Manor in Slate Run and finished where we started the day before along Rt. 44. these miles were much more hilly, will about 4 mountain climbs that were long. overall the trail was great and had a great weekend with them. the overall trail is great and would definitely go back.
