Caryn and I ran our first beer mile...Kelly Leighton invited us to her friend's house in Midtown Harrisburg..i used a New Belgium Ranger IPA (6.5%)....4 quarter mile loops around the block....got tougher as each quarter took place...very bloated by the end...fun time.
