Ran at the arc cause it was lightning out and i figured id get a more covered journey from my car to the building at the arc as opposed to crce. Felt good and smooth, ankle tightened up a bit at the end, but as soon as i stopped running it was fine. I saw rachel and alyson!
Today is my 5 year anniversary of lifeguarding. Not super exciting, but its kind of an accomplishment to make it that long at my park district cause they have such a high turnover so not many people last that long. There are 4 of us this year that hit the milestone but I dont think there has been any the previous 2 years
