wait how long did you warm up for?

would highly recommend for any workout warming up for longer than 5 minutes, even if its just a small workout!! (I know its super hot rn too but if its too hot to do a proper warm up its too hot to workout and there's no shame in changing the day)

Also remember that just because a workout was a high school staple doesn't mean it is fool-proof or doesn't need changing for who you are now! That is something I had to learn (mostly retraining myself to not race my workouts).

Since you are running w/ Schaumberg's team (which is waaaay better than running alone!) I get that you do not have a ton of control but some days may be worth breaking from the group to further yourself as a runner. Again the video talks about how training is super individual ^^^

Thanks Julia Ill check it out! Im not running with the team though im just making up workouts lol. Usually I warmup for at least a mile but how this workout was gonna play out it would have kinda been awkward to warmup longer but I agree that was stupid of me
