Notes

6xhills with jog down. This workout is called the spain special named after one of my high school coach's coaches. It's supposed to be a run to a hill with some tempo, some hills, and then run back from the hills with some shorter intervals of tempo. Last tempo was gonna be 6x30 sec but between the heat (real feel was 81 degrees at 6am and by 7:30 it was 90) and the fact i havent done this long of a workout in a while I figured id cut it short and just do a cooldown back. Was still a really good workout and ill hopefully do a full one by the end of the summer

So one of the pools in my original park district is opening back up and they said since they technically 'gave me' to itasca park district, to make them my priority and then theyll plan a schedule for me around my itasca schedule which is pretty nice. So now I have 2 jobs, let the 60 hour weeks begin
