Notes

5x (2 x 25fly 25back 25breast 25free) with 100m warmup and 100m cooldown with grace. Really digging the nice weather but not digging all of the weaker bikers coming out of hibernation cause they keep knocking over my bike. But on the bright side when I came out of one of my classes to see my bike knocked over the fall realigned my hand grip brakes. One of them had gotten bent up a little bit one of the times I fell off my bike last semester so now its back to normal

Gonna swim tomorrow and then do the workout friday and see how it reacts and go from there
