Swim workout with Kellum and GG. Stole one of audreys workouts we did 250 free 4x50 kickboards 100 im 200 pulls 250 free then 100 breaststroke
Swam today cause my hip had been feeling a little weird and since i dont know a lot about hip injuries I figured id play it safe and swim a couple days especially since training is so light this week
Me and gabriela went to kams country night to get free shirts ride the mechanical bull and left after 10 minutes it was great
