Pretty good run today legs felt a little junky but not bad overall except for the wind was horrid. But as a quote on a whiteboard in the old proviso west field house once said "if you run into the wind at practice, racing will be a breeze". But speaking of racing, I am planning on doing schaumburg nats on april 25th. Ill be doing an 800 time trial and treating it how I would a race, just so i can get one outdoor race to keep my sanity. If anyone else wants to "race" in schaumburg nats feel free to come
