3xmile at around threshold pace. Wanted to do this workout on grass so I went to my high school course. It was really muddy which made me slow down a bit so decided to do the other 2 on the streets around it. Splits were 7:14 6:59 6:59 and felt good so thats good. It was a really good running temp outside i think that helped. Did 5 grass hills on the hill on my course. It was weird it was a lot smaller than I remembered it being, funny how that works.
