Easy run, felt pretty gross in the beginning but felt better as the run went on. 6 strides after, wanted to do hill strides but there isnt a hill where I end my runs and I figured since this was a hilly route id just do regular strides and that would be good. this is a new route I just made up to avoid busy roads cause schaumburg doesn't like to shovel sidewalks of busy roads and id rather not run through 4 inches of snow
