Notes
After blowing up yesterday I wanted to slow down today. I successfully did that and I felt really good for about 2 hours. Unfortunately I broke some rules that ended up hurting me a lot. I didn't train with Gu and I took Gu today. Holy shit did my stomach hurt. Once I got to 30 laps left I started doing a run/walk thing. The last 10 laps or so I ran with a group of two really nice guys. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have been able to run the 10 laps without stopping. I owe them big. I went much slower than I ran at Chicago a couple years ago but honestly I did this a day after running a half marathon. I'm still trying to figure out this distance. Very humbling experience.
