5 x 1 mile at 5:45/mi (0.5 mi recovery)
I wasn't sure how this one was going to go since I did a moderate workout with 10 miles yesterday but it went surprisingly well. I felt at the end that I could have done another one (doesn't mean you can put that down again Josh!) and finished on a fast finish. I hit 3 of the 5 and was within 10 seconds on the other two (one had a hill and the other had me run 0.04 longer than Brian for some reason).
I'm very pleased with this one.
