My 1st hill work out on the TM, then outside AMB x2 in he rain, some start of a day off.
35 minutes on my TM, first 10 @ L5 with zero % incline, then up 1% along with speed for 10 minutes to incline @ 10% & speed @ L6, then back down the same for 10 minutes to L5 & zero incline for 5 minutes, then outside AMB X2 @ quasi tempo pace
