45 minutes on my TM, first 10 @ L5 with zero % incline, then up 1% along with speed for 10 minutes to incline @ 10% & speed @ L6, then back down the same for 10 minutes to L5 & zero incline, then, back up again for 5 mins. to 5% & down again, then cool down @ L5 for 5 minutes. Feeling a pain on top of my L/Foot near where a out my foot pod, taking it off for the next week or two, see what happens.
