30 minutes on the TM, first 5 @ L5, no incline, then up 1% for 5 minutes, then up again to 2% + .05 with speed every minute for 10 minutes, back down for 5 minutes to speed @ 5.5 and 1%, then 5 minutes @ L5 & no incline. Still a little discomfort on the top of my foot, seems a little better though.
