Felt better then Wednesday, but still a little behind my training...It was a cold one, face felt it the most, 2nd my legs, yes, I ran in shorts...
25 minutes on my TM, first 10 @ L5 with zero % incline, then up 1% along with speed for 5 minutes to incline @ 5% & speed @ 5.5, then back down the same for 5 minutes to L5 & zero incline, plus 5 minutes @ L6 speed, then outside AMB X1 @ a Ez pace.
