Running in my shorts still, 1st time on my new mile (+) loop. Going to start from my drive way next time.
20 minutes on my TM, first 10 @ L5 with zero % incline, then up 1% along with speed for 5 minutes to incline @ 5% & speed @ 5.5, then back down the same for 5 minutes to L5 & zero incline, then outside on my new mile (+) loop@ tempo pace.
