Saturday turned into a hard one, go back from home depot around 3pm with the crown molding, fast forward to 10pm or so, still going @ it, with a big help from danny our neighbor; We should videoed it for U-Tube...
20 minutes on my TM, first 10 @ L5 with zero % incline, then up 1% along with speed for 5 minutes to incline @ 5% & speed @ 5.5, then back down the same for 5 minutes to L6 & zero incline, then outside AMB X2 @ a tempo pace.
