went 8:20-7:50-7:21-7:20-7:18-7:03. just alec and I today. extremely easy run that felt like it should. alec got out of the car and said "I swear to god if we break 8 minutes the first mile I'm stopping". Good thing we didn't break 8. Good conversation and felt better as the run went on. It's important to have these days every now and then. 6 strides after in the grass felt great. Alec and I hiked in the woods for a solid hour after the run because we were waiting on our little brother. I think I'm more sore from the hiking than the run.
