went 6:57-6:50-6:36-6:43-6:36-6:36-6:30-6:33. solid nice and easy long run with nick Lenzen. it rained the entire time. I was very cold and soaking wet by the end of it. body felt good tho and this was really easy. did 6 strides after nice and smooth few fast ones at the end. rolled out a lot. a solid week of training
