did a 2-mile warmup, then 2-mile tempo, then 1-mile cooldown. went 7:22-7:04-5:58-5:54-7:21. did this workout with alec. was nice and hot but got some good quality in. aimed for 6-minute pace during the tempo and we dipped right under so it was good. good quality day. didn't get dropped so that was good. did 6 strides after. smooth and fast
