went 6:59-6:50-6:36-6:50. kept it short and easy. body felt good. breathing was good. planning on doing a little mini workout with alec tomorrow. I was running around a pond in my neighborhood and out of nowhere about 20 kids in rollerblades starting zooming around the pond and i ran through all of them. It was terrifying. did 6 strides with ample recovery and a few fast ones at the end. rolled out.
