3 1/2 hours of sleep last night. Felt draggy at first (2 miles). Then better for about 10 miles. Then poor again (legs tired) for the last 4 miles. Forgot to buy electrolyte supplement and therefore didn't consume any during the run, only water. I think this affects me. Still decent pace for first time at this distance and HR.
